What is Maserati Connect?
There are a lot of ways owners can interact with their vehicles these days, including through various switches, knobs and touchscreens. The 2022 Levante uses the Maserati Connect application to allow owners to control certain systems regardless of whether they are behind the wheel or not. Certain features can be controlled through a smartphone, smartwatch or digital home assistants like Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa.
For instance, when someone is utilizing Amazon’s Alexa system, owners can use simple commands to do things like:
- Check tire pressure
- Inquire about fuel status
- Activate the horn or lights
- Find points of interest
The Google Assistant feature will provide many of these same services.
New Active Safety Systems
Technology is changing the way we interact with our automobiles. One of the ways technology is going to change our driving habits will be taking over total control of steering, accelerating and braking.
